Shipping Methods and Rates

All orders are shipped from the UK.
Prices on goods shipped internationally are excluding VAT.
Please note. Any clearance costs, import duties or local taxes are not included in our costs. The buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination. The local delivery organisation may charge a handling or clearance fee.
If you are not sure about the rules for your country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information on the fees and restrictions that may apply.
Orders placed before 1 pm are processed the same day. Please note: If an order is placed after 1 pm on Friday it will not be dispatched until Monday and the applicable working days delivery time will apply.
Worldwide delivery is available Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays).
The estimated delivery times set out below are from the date on which you place your order with us. Please note that the delivery times quoted is an estimate only. Estimated Delivery Time: 3-7 working days (after order date)
Your order will reach you as per the Estimated Delivery Times provided, aside from in times of severe weather conditions and exceptional circumstances.
Order Status & Delivery Partners
When you place an order with us we want to ensure our service continues with our couriers, Royal Mail. Using your unique tracking number provided once shipment confirmation received, ensure your delivery suits you. Follow your parcel on Royal Mail - Track Your Parcel.
For added convenience and extra services download the RM app’s. You can track your delivery to see exactly where the drive is on the app. With push notifications through the app or email, couriers can notify you when your driver is on the way. If you’re not going to be in pick the best option for you: Redelivery, collect from pick up shop/post office, delivery to a safe place or amend the delivery day.
Change or Cancel an Existing Order
Operationally we have a fast turnover for order processing and once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If you wish to cancel your order, you are able to refuse the order at the door when it is delivered. Once the parcel has been returned to us we can then begin the refund process. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Follione Global. Should you need to return your purchase, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your exchange or return.
Please note that all items must be returned new, unused, unopened, and with all security seals still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and not be refunded.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain the proof of postage. We will contact you within 1-2 business days from receipt of the package to confirm your return has been processed.
